Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Vora AI (the “App”), provided by bunchofapps (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Vora AI turns your photos and videos into AI-generated effects, images, videos and motion edits. Pick an effect or a model, add your media and a prompt, and get your result in the app. Results are generated by artificial-intelligence models, including models run by third-party providers. All results are provided for creative and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

4. Credits, subscriptions and purchases

Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost is shown in the App before you start and can depend on the effect, model, resolution, duration and the length of video you provide. Credits come from subscriptions, credit packs, rewards or referrals. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are consumed when a generation starts.

If a generation fails or is blocked before it completes, the credits for it are returned automatically. Otherwise credits already used are not refundable.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and prompts you provide. You grant us (and the providers that run the models for us) a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to generate and deliver your results and operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including the consent of any person who appears in it.

6. AI results

  • As between you and us, you may use the results you generate, subject to these Terms and to any rights of third parties in the content you supplied.
  • Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, appropriate or unique, and similar results may be produced for other users.
  • Results may unintentionally resemble real people. Do not use results for identity verification or to mislead anyone.
  • You are responsible for how you use and share what you create, and for complying with the law and with the rules of the platforms you post to.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create, upload or share content that:

  • depicts or sexualises minors, or is sexually explicit or non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone;
  • impersonates a real person, or presents a real person’s likeness (including a deepfake) without their consent, in a misleading, harassing, defamatory or fraudulent way;
  • is hateful, violent, threatening, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of others; or
  • is otherwise unlawful.

You also may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute the App or attempt to circumvent its limits, safeguards or content filters, or use the outputs to train competing AI models.

8. Moderation and enforcement

Our providers and we may block, filter or remove inputs and results that appear to break these Terms or the law. We may suspend or end your access, without refund of promotional credits, if we detect abuse or legal risk, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat and AI model providers). We are not responsible for their availability or for their own terms, which may also apply to you.

10. Our property

The App, its software, designs, effects and branding belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.

11. Availability

The App may be unavailable or slow because of maintenance, network or provider problems, or events outside our control. We may change, add or remove features and models.

12. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or profits, or for how you or others use generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
